Good Morning

Only +29 here this morning but not much wind and I really wanted to run outside so I did. Put on long johns and running pants, short sleeve t shirt, long sleeve t shirt, and hoodie sweatshirt. Ran around the 6 mile block. Time wasn't so pretty (68 mins) but it's hard to run in all that stuff! The important thing is that I did it! Ran the whole way, hills and all.

I had trouble with my sensor again though. Wouldn't activate so had to go through the setup and relinking procedure. Wonder if it's going bad. Had that trouble in SD one morning, too, as you might recall! And I had recalibrated it on Saturday after the Osceola 5K but it was off a tenth of a mile per mile this morning. I know this route is 6.1 miles from garage door to garage door but when I was done it said 6.65 miles. So recalibrated it again and we'll see what happens.

Oh, and I wore my new sunglasses but had to take them off at 4 miles because they kept fogging up from body heat! Couldn't see a thing! Do you have that problem?

No, I didn't know I was running that fast on Saturday. I was surprised at my time.

Hope you're feeling better.

That's great! The cold will not best you!

I don't ever have that problem with my glasses. But if it ever below....oh, 40 when I run I'd be stunned! Just not the same!

Yes, I do remember when your sensor would not connect. That's so odd. I just don't get it.

Yeah, you were not only fighting the elements - you were fighting the hills! But it is good to slow it down a bit in those conditions so you don't get hurt.

I've been thinking about your song a lot. It is so great!
