This morning I did 4.11 on the TM just to celebrate! Lance Armstrong congratulated me again! He's quite the guy. and it wasn't hard to do which kind of surprised me. Also did the full complement of situps and pushups.
That's so awesome! I hope to be able to come out and watch you all race! I blew a gasket (knee) in my attempt to run, but I'm focusing on weight training now.

I'm looking at the MarathonRookie.com website and their training program. Seems too easy though so will spice it up with some cross training on the bike and other exercises.

Wow! 4.11! That's so cool! You can totally do it. Especially as you add bits of distance at a time. Makes it seem more manageable.
Did you find your training program yet?
