Well, I had a lovely sleep in today! I slept till about 6:45 because we are having a rain storm. I saw on the news tonight they are saying, "Winter is here!!" And, trust me, they are very happy to have weather to report!
So, I skipped this morning. Not sure about tomorrow. I did run hills at lunch and stayed mostly dry. It started to rain again just as I was heading back to the office.
Then we went to the gym and I did the elliptical and then upper body weights. So a good workout day even without the run.
Good eating day, too. I think I'm back on track!

Good for you. Glad you have that gym as an alternate.
A new fitness center has opened on highway 8 in the same place that Anytime Fitness use to be. I stopped to check it out. $40 a month for couples but no contract. $30 joiners fee. We're not planning to join at the moment but I wanted to know. It's so much handier for me than Wild River.
I ran on the TM this morning and it went fine. The TM repair guy is supposed to be here between now and noon but, of course, I'll be on my way to Duluth. I see in my journal that it was a year ago today that it died last time!
I'm out of here.
Yeah, good to know it is there if you do want it. That's so interesting that a new place opened in the same exact spot. And, when I say "interesting", I mean totally weird.
Maybe the TM just needs a little love! Hope it works out without you there to oversee!
