You know, the hardest part of running (for me) is the part where I have to get off my couch, get dressed, and get on the road! Seriously, that transition is tough! I didn't leave my house until 6:50 today and I have been trying to be closer to 6:30. Oh well.
I did get up in a timely manner!
I almost didn't run today because it was so dreary out. But I checked weather.com and they told me to run! And I did not get wet at all so the internet wins over the perception of the senses. Or maybe it just wins over feeling lazy.
Anyway, slower run but still good. Then I did abs - no pushups today because I am pushup sore! And hills at lunch.
Good weight news today - still going down. So that makes me happy! Ready to get rid of this tummy!
Josh says he is not ready for Saturday. Do you think he is just nervous?

Good morning. I ran 3.28 miles this morning and sent it off to Nike+ without turning the iPod off and then on again and I got full credit! So, that's the way I will do it now and see if it continues. Also did the sit ups and push ups.
Supposed to have someone come tomorrow and look at the TM. The display is flickering a little worse every day and I'm afraid it's going to die. Will also have him/her check the belt. Service contract runs out on 3/28 but I'm hoping I can renew it for another two years.
I'll take "dreary" any day over -14 BELOW ZERO which is what we had at 6 am this morning! Yesterday it was -16. But it's supposed to get into the +30's over the weekend and stay there for a few days so I sure hope they get that right.
Josh has not been running at all as far as I know so he's not ready I'm sure. But I'm going to do it even it he backs out.
Have a good day.
SERIOUSLY???? You need to move! I will sleep on the couch and you can have your very own room! That's crazy weather! I sure do hope you get some non-below zero degrees. Geesh.
Well, you are more then ready for your 5K! I hope your data goes with you. But you will have fun and kick butt no matter what!
Interesting about the iPod. So strange. You'd think a million people would have complained. I want credit for every inch I run!
Let me know what happens with the treadmill. That's your most useful tool in the winter so I sure hope it can be fixed.
