Yep....catching up! Taking two days off over the weekend left me about 8 miles behind my goal. Yikes! But now I'm back "on target". So I did a lot of running today!
And I had a great run this morning. Cold though!
I took my iPod and Nike+ to the gym last night so I could recalibrate it on a known distance. Makes such a difference with my time. I'm done screwing with it! It is staying where it is and that's that!
I did hills at lunch. And then I ran a couple more miles tonight.
And I guarantee you that I'll weigh 10 more pounds tomorrow!!

No, I haven't signed up for that run yet. Waiting to see what the weather might be like. I sent an email a couple nights ago asking if they plow the trail or what. I won't run in snow and ice for fear of falling and breaking something. Not worth that to me. Also, weather people are saying it's going to be cold! Predicting daily highs in the 20's only by Thanksgiving! So, waiting to see.
In the meantime, I ran 2.8 miles on the TM again today. Plus the exercises. Also have been taking my shoes to work and briskly walking around the church for 20 minutes after lunch every day. Started that last week and going to keep it up.
No snacks at all again yesterday and am down another pound this morning. Weight is so hard to figure out I think. Makes no sense to me.

Good for you! Weight boggles me, too. But you're beating it!
That totally makes sense. No point in getting an injury.
I feel like I'm firming up, even if the scale is not agreeing that I'm actually losing. And I'm OK with that. I can tell by "feel"!
I bet your lunch walks are a good de-stresser, too. That's actually my favorite part about running hills.
And now I'm eating crackers......
