Only +8 here right now! And the sun is up! So, needless to say, I ran inside on the TM and did a good job once again. Also did my exercises. Up a half pound this morning though and didn't like to see that. Have a good day.
Weight is a total mystery to me and always will be I guess. I have learned that exercise has very little to do with it. It's all about what we put in our mouths. That's sad because I like to eat.
