I really need to work on my eating this week. A big problem I have is that I'm just so over it when I get home that I don't have any desire to make anything. Which leads to unhealthy choices.
So today grocery shopped and then I cooked all afternoon. Now I have some things in my fridge and some in my freezer and, hopefully, I'll be set for the week!
I'll let you know how it goes! I have some curry chickpeas, sweet potato soup, and a middle eastern sort of thing of ground lamb and bulgur.
Also, it is insanely dry here. Not as dry as in the mountains though. I told Bart that I woke up feeling like someone had been punching me in the mouth, my lips were so dry!

I'm with you on this. Let's make this a "no snack" week. I was down 4 lbs two weeks ago but am back up now after Thanksgiving. So, let's get rid of it!
