I'm ready for bed! But a quick update that I am either slower then molasses or I really really need to recalibrate my iPod/Nike+ again. I should have just left it alone in the first place!
I ran today and it felt good but it was slow! Oh well!
I also think I made someone cry. Dog owners are crazy. This lady had a little puppy on a retractable leash. I typically run in the street when I come upon any dog. So I was in the street and she still let her dog run out to me and it got right under my feet! And I said, "Lady, you've got to control your dog! I almost trampled it!" And when I came back around the block, she was sitting on a stoop with her head down just cuddling her dog!
But, geesh, I don't want to kill someone's pet!

Dumb dogs and dumber dog owners. That's all you need is to trip over some dog.
No running for me today. Watching the snow fall instead. Does that count? I know it doesn't but the shoveling I have to do later today will.
That counts! Shoveling is exercise, for sure!
I'm having a lazy day here....I can't say "too" because you will have work to do later!
Yeah, I don't mind the dogs. It's their owners who get my disdain!
