And unoriginal! But I can't help it - I'm worn out.
I had a solid run this am. Really sore from the squats and lunges I did this AM! Took me a bit to get into my stride. But my time was 29:52, so that is good.
I did ab stuff when I got home. Seems to be working! I'm feeling flatter a bit.
No lunch run - as anticipated!!

Up and at it. Did the usual. I'm very tired this morning, too. Exercising twice a day is wearing me out! Have a good day!
Yeah, I bet it will take some time for your body to get used to the change. But it will! And then you can eat more Christmas cookies!
