Why quick? Cause it is Thursday! I totally forgot to do this last night. I was on call and had/have so much homework to do that it makes my head spin. So, naturally, I went to bed at 9. I'll regret that - from a study perspective - I know.
Ran in the am = 29:47. I did pushups - really struggled! Then hills at lunch.

I didn't get to Anytime yesterday either. Maybe today. Today doesn't look so busy so hope it turns out that way. Want to go to Anytime mostly for the weight machines. Will also do the elliptical machine there, too.
Did the routine here this morning. Now off to work. Oh, and I slept well again last night.

I did run this AM - and had a good time....but I don't remember it! Under 30 anyway. Did ab stuff.
I didn't run at lunch today because I studied. And then I BOMBED the quiz tonight.
Yay sleep! Really changes my attitude.
I miss weights but it is so expensive (time and money!) to join a gym - as you know!
