Good morning. I guess. Ran on the mill this morning and went fine. 30.38. Glen Campbell kept singing this morning and didn't know enough to quit at 30.00. Then the usual. Am wondering why the heart monitor I wear says I get to mid 150's but the handlebars on the mill say I'm in the mid 180's. Think if I was really in the 180's I would have a heart attack. On the elliptical at Anytime I can't get out of the 120's. Oh well, at least it's beating. Have a good day.

Yes, indeed! Yes, it is beating and that is what counts!
You know, I don't know about all that stuff. With the monitor, I think that it has to be positioned just right but that it is more accurate. I've always been a little suspicious of the machines though. First, it is counting through your hands. Second, at the gym, I think of how many people use those. Hard use, I mean.
I never take my heart rate, but I'm curious. I'll do it tomorrow. I'll just check my pulse for 15 seconds and then multiple by 4. Thank goodness I took that statistics class! Never would have figured that out on my own!
Oh, you're so funny! I don't trust the machines either though.
Ha! Well, I can't tell anybody else - National University doesn't want that information to get out I bet!
