Another weeks begins. I did the aerobic bike and the walking this morning plus the pushups and situps. All went well. Trying to stay motivated though because I don't seem to be losing any weight. Mom says muscle weighs more than fat so I might have to go back to fat! I was down a pound on Saturday and today am back up 1.6 lbs! How can that be? If I was eating like a pig I could understand it but I'm not and it just makes no sense. Oh well. Hope you have a good day.

That is a mystery I just cannot explain. No matter how much I try to figure it out! I just makes no sense at all. I do think a lot of it might be related to sodium. Makes us retain water.
But I'm surprised. I figured that since you are running again, it would just melt off! Irritating!
I'm at 126.5 today. Getting there! My original goal was 130 and now I'm working to 125. Actually, it isn't right to say "working". I'm just keeping doing what I've been doing!
