Sorry you have been alone here for a few days. Lazy, I guess.
I ran Friday morning and did pushups but I didn't run hills at lunch. Just could not even contemplate doing so.
I tried to run Saturday, but that sure didn't pan out! I ate some yogurt right before I left and at .5 miles in I just could not even continue. I had a terrible stomach cramp. I have learned a valuable lesson - that I should have learned a few weeks ago! I need to have a pretty empty stomach I guess. Usually in the AM I have a glass of soy milk, a glass of water, and coffee. And that is in the 1.5 hours between getting up and running. Gotta keep that in mind.
I ran today and it was nice - slept till 7:30 so I was out and about later in the am. Good run though and I did ab stuff which I usually skip on the weekend.

I always run with an empty stomach, too. Except for a cup of coffee. Guess I've never really tried it after eating but don't want to do so. That's why I have to do it first thing in the morning.
Soy milk? I've never tried it but it doesn't sound so good! I'll stick with the coffee.
