Good one today. One of those runs where it felt easy. It doesn't happen often so I enjoy it when it does!
My heart rate was 140. So I think I counted wrong. It should be higher after three miles, no?
I did abs after my run. I think things are changing (for the better!!) there! I'm feeling little now!

First of all, I did call Dr. Schletty's office yesterday and made an appointment for a checkup and cleaning on 12/1! See, you are leading me astray!
Second, I guess I will give Dr. Kevin Kline a try. I've auditioned him twice this year and he seems ok. Don't really know anything about him, I'll be due for my annual physical in January so that's when I'll have to decide something I guess.
I think the better shape you are in the more work it takes to get the heart rate up there. And you are in good shape so 140 is about right I'll bet. I didn't check mine this morning.
I did the 30 minute run on the mill again today. 3rd day in a row now and leg still feels just fine. The aerobic bike and walking routine was fine but I just didn't feel like I had exercised. Didn't sweat doing that and it's not exercise if you don't sweat! At least that's my theory. Also the pushup and situps. And I got to Anytime again yesterday afternoon for an hour. Not sure if I'll get there today. Have a funeral tomorrow morning and preaching Sunday so lots to get done.

Actually, it is good to go, I know. I had a good physical today and it was the first time in YEARS I have not been told to lose weight! Whew!
I think you are right about the heart rate. And I think mine is low now in general. I can't remember my blood pressure from today....104 over 61 maybe.
It is great to have some "off day" exercises but I know that running is just IT! The real deal.
