Walk til you drop!

Man, I fell down!

I did get really good exercise pre-fall, however. I went to this hill I like and walked (as fast as possible) up and down and up and down. And then I went down! Like I said, it was at the end so I'm not too sad. But I have a solidly skinned knee!

I imagine I did 20 minutes of hillness before I fell, had a tantrum, and stomped back to my car!

More tomorrow. Probably beach. I've not yet fallen there!

P.S. Beautiful day here today! It was so nice to be outside!

Yikes! The dangers of exercise! I mean hills!

It was beautiful here this afternoon and I did get outside a couple of times.

Have a good walk at the beach tomorrow and stay upright!

Hey, that's too bad! Sorry to hear it. That's why I avoid hills like the plague.

And, yes, obviously exercise IS dangerous! But, hey, I'm a risk taker!
