As in, seriously. Yay me! Today I ran!
OK, today I actually added some jogging to my 4 mile walk but this is a pretty exciting move (jump-leap!!) forward for me. I love to run and it is something that I have not done in a long, long time. Maybe 8 to 9 months.
This afternoon I decided to walk one song/run one song while doing my route. The really great news is that I have a lot more stamina then I thought. I have no way of knowing for sure, but I feel like I walked 1.5 miles and ran 2.5 miles. Just a guess. I know I jogged more then I walked though. Soon I will be running the entire way. Pretty exciting!
Another healthy eating day, too. By the way, my salad dressing turned out great!

Good for you! I jog about 3 minutes during every walk just to get my heart rate up but I don't like it! I did jog a little longer today though.
It's funny - I've always liked it. No idea why.
