I got another nice walk in after work tonight. I did the four mile route in my neighborhood. It is a good walk because it has some solid hills. Oh, and it is four miles!
Another beautiful day here today - but we are starting to get a touch of "the heat". My frizzy hair is letting me know that it is also humid!
Anyway, as someone else said, one down! A lifetime to go!

4 miles? Wow! Good for you. I don't have the time for that. At least that's my excuse!
Pretty much, I'm too lazy for that kind of walk! I sure have the time.
