I'm going to blame Mother Nature - it has been really hot! So I really have not been doing too much. But I have been walking to the store and other local things like to Ponces and The Ken. Trying to get my exercise where I can find it, I guess!
Honestly, now that summer is here, I really really should exercise in the morning before work. I am going to try and make that happen tomorrow. The only promise I make on that count, though, is to report back!!

We're hearing that you're dying out there because of the heat. Is it a hundred in San Diego, too? Hope not!
It has been soooo hot! I am thrilled to be at work because we have air conditioning! The fact that there is no where else I would rather be should let you know how hot it is.....
