1 down, 364 to go!

Okay, here I go! Today I lifted 8 lb weights and did some push ups and sit ups and leg lifts and some other floor exercises and my regular floor exercises. Plus I did manage to do a little cleaning but with all that I still have not put 10000 on my pedometer! But dad and I are watching "No country for old men" and I have been pacing since it started so I assume that by the time the movie is over I will have 10000 steps. IF I can finish the movie!

I also ate decent so that makes me feel a lot better about myself! Julie, the salmon was wonderful! And so was the last of the asparagus!

How is your knee?

Good job! You are not just walking but you are doing strength exercises as well. That's great.

Do I need to be afraid? I didn't know you were lifting weights! I'm going to be on my best behavior from now on.
