OK. So I find exercise where ever I am. On Saturday we walked to the park, I did some standing push ups on the equipment. Yesterday, Sunday, I rode my bike. It was a great ride, 3 mi. and that is big for me. I saw some runners and thought, "Gee. I wish I were running instead." So today I ran 1.5. And for the first time since the move I feel in shape. I ran straight through and continued my "Set a pace, not a race" mantra. I used to just burn out right away because I went so fast. Now I'm aiming to be level.

It is great that you have integrated exercise into your daily life. That is so easy to do....and yet so hard!
Wow! Biking and running! Well, I looked a a bike today! And thought about it! Maybe tomorrow, when no one is looking! (insert smile!)
