A Rating System

What do you think about implementing a rating system as to how we preformed for the day? We could relate our success for:

Overall Health
Healthy Eating (which includes chocolate, I'll have you know!!)
Exercise
Emotional Health

We could do 1 - 5 stars. Or something like the obviously valuable threat level rating.

Now, I want to give myself 5 stars for my sleeping health - so I'm off to bed!

Me neither. Which probably explains why I quit reading Feeling Good. Need to pick that up again!
