Simon and Garfunkel make much better walking partners than Rod Stewart! so I walked with them this morning. Cooler this morning. Nice for walking. Today is "getting ready for the pig roast day" for me. Then going to finish communing shut ins this afternoon. Have a good day!

Wow, you sure are getting ready for a big eating event. How do you deal with those now?
I have had a lot of eating going on - dinner out last night and again tonight. I'm eating light and really hoping to exercise tonight before dinner.
