I'm glad we're getting to feel like this is home. I'm cooking more and that always feels good. On Monday I did pork roast in the crock pot and tonight I'm making enchilada casserole with the leftovers. Frankly I don't know why I used to spend so much time doing the individual rolling the tortillas and filling when they just fall apart by the time they get to the plate. Casserole is much simpler. A light sprinkle of cheese and simple ingredients. Hope it is tasty!
We (the kids and I) went to the local pool for the first time today. Very fun! I didn't run today because I couldn't sleep last night. Hopefully I sleep before 2 tonight so I can get my butt out of bed at 6!

Yeah, not sleeping is not fun. I'm sleeping pretty well now days but not long enough! I seem to wake up before my alarm every morning. Don't know why though.

Dad - I'm glad you are sleeping! I am, too. It is so frustrating to toss and turn. I get up before my alarm but I am thrilled when I do. Of course, I get up JUST before the alarm! Not hours....
