Bedtime!

It is time for me to get ready for bed but before I do I want to evaluate my day. I was tired and crabby! I am trying to find someone to spend a couple of nights a week with me because caregiving day and night with no breaks is difficult. But after some anger and tears (mine) I managed to pull myself together and have an okay day. Or evening. I did get to walk for almost 1/2 hour tonight plus do my floor exercises. No weights though. Just didn't get to them. And actually, I mean dumbbells, not weights. I did stirfry for supper but I only use 2 tablespoons of oil so except for the sodium it isn't too bad. And we had a nice salad with "fixin's" from the garden. I hope for sleep tonight. My outlook will be 100% better. Anyway...that is it for tonight!

I'm sorry you had a tough Saturday - but I'm glad you were able to get some walking in! 30 minutes a day can make such a difference!

Dinner sounds like it was healthy, too. Good job!

Mom, I pray someone can come in and relieve you. You need it and deserve it. Care taking is difficult work at best, even when it isn't work. Julie's right: 30 minutes is all it takes even just 4 days a week.
