Anybody out there......

Anyone interested in a revival of Fitnatics?

I am. I've been doing very well in regards to emotional health and not drinking. My eating habits and exercise habits are TERRIBLE though!! Time to get back on track.

I'm here and will be happy to come back and brag about my 2 miles a day! I'll also let you know what music I listened to every morning. How about that?

This morning I was 2 pounds below my "goal" weight and I don't quite understand it. I was there Saturday morning, too. It does fluctuate though up and down. Sometimes I'm 2 pounds above my goal. My advisor here tells me it's water weight whatever that is.

You were two pounds below even after your ButterBurger??? I guess it's true then....Americans are NOT getting enough fat in their diets!

Congratulations on being below goal, though. I really need to get on track. You will be my inspiration! Even if you do tell me about the country music you listen to while doing your two miles!

I ran today for 3 miles. (And listened to Toby Mac the whole way.) We live a 1/2 mile from a state trail and that is where I went. I've never really run outside, but I'm loving it. It is flat here! What a concept!

I've gained 2.5 since the moving process. So much eating out, etc. But I've lost 1 already so need to lose 1.5 more. Before the move I'd lost 9 pounds since Christmas. Feeling good!

Eating out sure makes things tough! The good news is that you have so much exploring you get to do. That's great for getting around. And YAY to running trails. That's really neat.

9 pounds is major. Another hero for me!!
