I sure got to the gym late last night! I was really tired because I got up so early to drive to SD. So last night I just walked on the treadmill. Big incline but lowish pace. So that was good.
And today I went to the gym and I ran a mile to warm up and then lifted weights. The usual, nothing fancy or different.
Weight remains the same, which is fine. I'll deal!
