Gym day today! Went early and it still wasn't terribly busy but different people so a different vibe. I ran 5 minutes on the treadmill to warm up and then just did my business. And that's it! Not too exciting but I got it done. Possible I will have a day off tomorrow. I'm sore! And I didn't sleep well at all last night so, yeah, a day of rest might be in order.
Weight is doing good, so I'm happy about that.
