Frosty Morning in Arizona!
I kid you not. It was 31 here at 7 am and only 34 when I went out to run at 8:30 and THERE WAS FROST ON THE GOLF COURSE!!! Unbelievable. I thought we had left that stuff behind in Wisconsin. I only ran 2 miles this morning because I was cold! Hope it warms up before that 5K on Saturday.

Frost and Arizona (or vacation!) are words that should NEVER coexist in the same sentence! Do not like! I hope it is warmer Saturday, too.
