Updates!

I don't think I posted about my Saturday festivities, so some backtracking for that. Saturday I walked to and from the gym. Not quite 4 miles round trip. And not quite 10k steps, believe it or not! There was a beer festival going on right in the middle of El Cajon Blvd (it was shut down for an entire block!) and I figured parking would be tight. And driving would be at my own risk! So I walked. I was not into lifting weights at all! So I did the majority of my routine and left. I did 90% and called it good. Better day today, though. I did my full routine and did a good job at it. So that's happy. I plan on running tomorrow - finally! I've been keeping up with my stretches and have been feeling really good. But today I didn't do them when I woke up and I feel like I can "feel it" tonight. So back at it! It's not like I have a one hour stretching routine - I don't think it is even 5 minutes. Just need to make it part of my daily life. Well, my twice daily life!

That's a long walk! More than a 5K. You should buy yourself a t shirt!

I am off here this morning because my foot is really aching. Yesterday it was fine. Never even thought about it. Today, not so good. I hate it but there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it. I just don't want to stress it when it already feels bad. So, I will do something less stressful - pay bills!

I'm going to count my birthday t-shirt from Ang as my tshirt! Yes, I totally opened it early!!

Dang about our soreness. I just made a giant complaint post. It's really making me consider changing what I do for cardio. Grrr!
