Gym Times

I had to take Tuesday off! I did something that either pulled or inflamed or strained my right hamstring. Not sure if it was an exercise, my shoes, or a combo. But I felt a lot better on Wednesday and was back in lifting weights. Didn't up my weight amounts, though. I keep meaning too...... Today I did 30 minutes on The Stairway to Hell. It was good. Got my heartrate up to 157!

Hate thsoe little injuries! But, as long as they stay little, we can survive them. My heartrate is usually around 145 when I'm done on the TM.

Yep! I realized that I did those bulgarian split squats the day before. I'm thinking that's what cause the soreness.
