Day what?
No idea what day of no running this is! I've lost count. But it was a gym weightlifting day, anyway. So that's what I did. Although I didn't really feel like it. I'm feeling a bit out of sorts. In fact, I took three wrong turns on my way to the gym. Totally not paying attention. Got all the way into North Park before I realized I was going to the wrong place!
But today I did 3 sets of bicep curls at 15 pounds. The full sets. So that's good. It was challenging! The second set required a lot of straining faces at the end. And the 3rd set required a break between 10 and 11!
Good gym, all around.

Yeah, I wonder how it will go for you and your feet, too. Hope it goes well. Where is this gym again? For some reason I thought it was on Adams Ave.
It's on El Cajon Blvd. Closer to Park. But I did go to a personal trainer for 6 sessions (package deal) and he was on Adams Avenue, down in Kensington. So maybe that's the place you remember being on Adams Avenue!
