Just one of those that felt slow and was slow! I suppose that running and going to the gym - after several days off - made that happen.
I've sure been hungry since I got back. Have to get out of the vacation eating mindset!
I really think I am getting some muscles. It's exciting! I'm not losing any weight. AT ALL. That is irritating. Maybe I just need to come to grips. Sigh.

Muscles are good! But they weigh more than fat according to my expert here. I don't like that but that's what she says. I'm not losing any weight either. Frustrating.
