Gym!

I was going to go to the gym yesterday but I just plain didn't feel like it.  I even got myself dressed to go but....nope!

I did go today and it was good.  My 10 minute warm up was walking for 10 minutes at a 3.7 pace, 8% incline.  Then I did my now normal routine of weights.

I'm feeling like I am starting to see a difference in myself and some muscles!

Pretty busy there today.

I think I'll be able to run outside next week.  It's so much cooler and nicer out.  Good weather for people, bad weather for fires.  Yay!
