So hard! In a good way! / 3 miles

How can a hard run be good?  Because I actually did it, completed it, made my goal.  And, believe me, I wanted to stop!  When I was down to half a mile, that was the hardest part.

I went to the gym to run because it's just way too hot outside.  And I ran 3 miles.  1% incline, 6.0 pace.  Faster than I've gone in a long time!

Good for you! My TM is always set to 1% but I don't do 6 mph! 5.7 is my speed. Sometimes I will do 6 when they tell me there's only 400 meters left.

The final sprint! That's good. And it's good to know that you still have some umph in ya at the end!
