Pilates

I went to pilates today.  Really good class.  I like this particular studio but, sadly (well, not really - replace "sadly" with "whatever"), they are just too pricy for me.  I got a buy one get one free deal for new clients only.  But, otherwise, their classes are between 18 and 20(something) dollars per class.  It just depends on the pack you buy.  I can find cheaper.  And, frankly, just as good.  I'll admit, it's a nice studio and the class sizes are a lot smaller.  5 students rather than 10 - 15.  So I totally get that I'm getting more attention and they need to make up for the smaller classes.  But I'll go cheaper.

I'm trying something new with my sleeping.  You know how sometimes I am wide awake at 3:30 am so I just decide to get up?  Well, I'm making myself stay in bed.  And, actually, I've been able to go back to sleep.  I think it was different with that other job where I would just start worrying.  What's that word again?

Yeah, that.  I don't have to do that anymore.  Soon you won't either!

If it's 3:30 when I wake up I ALWAYS roll over! No question about it. Don't even have to think about it.

Couldn't you join a gym and get those classes included for less money?

I even applied this technique (successfully!) at 5:30 this morning. And I really did fall asleep till my alarm went off at 6. Pretty exciting.

I don't know of any gyms that offer pilates. Maybe! Usually what I do is buy an introductory package from groupon. So I keep hopping from studio to studio!
