Cold and Wet Morning
Well, it was 50 degrees out there but windy and misty so I opted for the TM again today. Did my 3 miles plus the pushups and situps. I was like you were yesterday. Not really into it but managed to get it done. I'm in the tapering down mode now before the Whistlestop next Saturday. I keep thinking maybe Angie will cancel out but she hasn't!

Good for you. I know how hard those ambivalence days are!
I sure hope your date doesn't cancel! I bet she won't. She always manages to make it. Maybe that's her super power!
