It is Halloween in Kensington! Everyone has their decorations out and it is super cute. Made me smile. Or grimace. I feel like I smile HARD when running. So I guess that can me my running Halloween decoration!
Anyway, beautiful day. 3 miles. Nice. Fun. That's what it's all about!

I haven't seen a single Halloween decoration here at all yet.
The pulled muscle in my leg is much better yesterday and now today. Almost fine, in fact. Another day off here though. And maybe tomorrow, too.
