On A Mission Now

I did run 3.05 miles this morning on the TM and did 50 pushups and 50 situps.  Felt like I hadn't run or done anything for 2 months instead of only 2 weeks.  I plan to do 50's of the pushups and situps this week and get back to 75's next week.  The 3 miles though felt like twice that.  But I am back on track and back in gear.

Good thing, too, because I am up 4.4 lbs since I ran the Whistlestop!  Ouch!  That's not going to last!  We ate way too much in Branson and now we'll pay for it.  Mom isn't as bad off as I am though.  Think she only gained 1.5 lbs.

Vacation food! OY! I don't know about you, but I think the food I eat on vacation is also a lot saltier. Meaning not only does the extra food cause extra weight, but the salt causes water retention which causes extra weight. That's my theory anyway!

You have a great plan though! You'll be back in fighting shape for Christmas!

I agree. I hardly ever put salt on food in restaurants.
