I ran outside today! I know, I'm nuts! When I started out I was pretty sure that I would be returning with frostbite. But no! I survived. Actually, it was very nice after the first mile and a half.
Good pace. I think the cold encouraged me to run faster. You know the motto. The faster we run, the faster we're done!

Really? I didn't know that and you didn't look any worse for wear last night! I intended to get up this morning and run but, alas, a headache kept me in bed. I do need to get back to it though.
I also took today off. But tomorrow for sure!
