Good Run

Did another 3 on the TM and my 50 pushups and situps.  All went well but it seems like work still after basically taking 2 weeks off.  Got it all done though.  Weight down 4/10's of a lb this morning.  Thought it would be more but glad for that.  Mission continues!  NO SNACKING!

Good for you! It's hard but you're doing it! The no snacking is hard. That's why I started going to bed earlier. So I don't snack!

No running for me today. Too busy! Tomorrow though.
