I went to bed at 8:15 last night. Actually, I went to bed at 8 and was sleeping by 8:15! And I slept hard until 5. Flopped around till 5:30.
So great sleep!
And I did run 3 miles today. My pace was my best "free" pace (non-treadmill) in a long time. And I'm sure it's from just those couple days on the treadmill.
Also did two sets of 12 pushups. So I'm doing some more! And some squats and ab stuff.
I don't know how I didn't gain weight on vacation, but I guess I didn't!

Good for you. I will get back on track here on Tuesday morning. I promise! Of course, I've been eating way too much food on this trip so I expect to pay for my sins when I get going again.
It's hard when in vacation. And am sucker for BBQ so I understand!
