Back At It

But not outside.  I slept like a log last night.  Got up once at 4 am (NO, not to run!) and then slept until 8 am.   And when I was ready to run it was 50 degrees out there but very, very windy.  So, I decided to stay inside and did 3 miles on the TM.  Pace was 10:14 so pretty good.  Thought I would die though!!  Lungs aren't 100% yet from the cold but I didn't start coughing so I kept running.  Then did my 50 pushups and 50 situps.  I haven't done any of this since last Wednesday so felt good to get back on track.

Great! Yeah, colds like that give the burning lungs. I don't like it! Glad you're back in the game!

Running in wind is soooo sad! I'm with you.
