I hate to have to say this out loud but my heel was bothering me a little when I got up. bothered me some yesterday afternoon and evening, too. So I decided this was a good day for cross training. Rode my bike 5 miles as hard as I could. And, you know, that is exercise, too! Wow. I can feel it big time. Different set of muscles or at least a different pull on them. Very, very foggy here this morning so I didn't take the iPod so I would be sure to hear cars. Yes, there were 3!

I'm sure sorry about your heel though. A day of rest should help.
I've got this headache back with a vengeance. It's very sad.
Addendum: My stupid heel didn't bother me one single bit all day long! I don't get it. If it's injured you would think it whould hurt constantly until it's better. And then it shouldn't hurt any more. Ever. That's what I think.
Sorry about your headache. Is this a tension headache? From work stress? I'm sorry if it is.

Yeah, well, we won't talk about "cured" just yet. Ran 3 this morning and it bothered me. I am so sick of this. But I just kept running. Nice morning here. 65 and cloudy so nice running weather.
Yeah, it's old. Time for it to heal.
I was going to run today but it was 86 degrees! Tomorrow for sure.
