Runnin!
Well, this audio book is keeping me on the move, that's for sure. I really am so tired today and didn't feel like running but I did. I just needed to know what's happening! It was a beautiful morning. Lots of low fog. It was pretty humid! I'll take 80 and humid over 100 any day!
My abs are still sore from that pike thing!

Don't wear yourself out before the SF marathon just to finish a book!
I ran 3 on the TM again today. Too cold again when I'm ready to go. 43 this morning. Going to be a cold weekend, too. Maybe our first frost on Saturday night they are saying. I want to run 6 tomorrow outside so we'll have to see what the morning brings.
Got your new iPhone yet? How about Bart? Long lines everywhere I guess.
Funny you should say that - I'm taking today off! I'm so worn out that, last night, I decided to sleep in today.
And, dang, fall has....fallen! No cute saying like 'spring has sprung'! I'd be inside too. Maybe you can get a later start on the 6 miler and that will give you some more numbers (UP) in the temp.
Nope, we get no new iPhones! Our contract holder won't let us until next July! Now, we could just buy one but, dang, full price? Yikes! But it is killing one of us.....
