Today was a gym day. I want to start going two times a week. I figure I can do one weekday and one weekend day. Plus one night of pilates a week. That should be good for me.
Also, it was very cold out this am. Not Wisconsin cold, of course!
But I did the elliptical for 10 to 15 minutes, I think it was more like 12. Because I was going to do 10 but I was in the middle of a good song! Then I did TSWTH for 15 minutes. And then I lifted weights.
I pulled out my food diary and scale today. I need to get serious before I end up having to join Weight Watchers!

Sounds like a plan, Stan. Persistence and routine are the keys to getting fit and staying that way or so they say. But the older we get the harder it gets and I can testify to that!
I did 4 miles on the TM again today and the exercises but, man, it seemed like work today. When I was done it dawned on me that it was probably because of all that snow shoveling yesterday afternoon. that was really work and wore me out and I thin that affected me this morning. But I got it all done.
Shoveling really really is work. Hard work! I'm sure that had an impact!
