Cut Short!

I didn't really like my run today, so I only went 4 miles. I just felt kind of floaty. I have been doing this new thing were I'm eating a bag of the Stingers before I run. Well, an hour before I run or so. And I kind of felt like I was having a sugar rush or sugar high! I also realized that I didn't fix the coffee pot for mom before I left and I wanted to do that for her. So I came home and my timing was perfect! I got the coffee all set and then she got up. I am glad I got back in time! Naturally I weigh exactly the same. Which is a lot.

I had good news on the scale this morning. Down a whole pound from Tuesday. Hope it's the start of a trend. I have 5 more I want to lose before coming to SD.

I did the usual here this morning.

I did register for a 5K in Osceola on Saturday morning. Their 2nd annual Big Chill Fest and this year they added a 5K. I've been debating and debating whether or not to do it but finally decided I should so I will. At 10 am. Weather is supposed to be nice (for here!).

That is great news! I know you can do it. Can I? That's open to debate.

That will be fun to run the 5K! I hope it's not too chilly - sounds like it is going to be nice!
