Good Morning
Well, it wasn't pretty and it sure didn't set any records but I ran around the 6 mile block here this morning. The satellite said it was 6.18 miles and took me 67.29. I felt like I walked as much as I ran! But there's no where to go but up from here, right? I waited until 9:45 to leave the house and it was +32 then but a pretty good breeze. I did fine going east and north and west but when I turned south on 180th to head home that wind hit me right in the face. I didn't like it! And I don't like running in all those clothes...long johns top and bottom, pants, t shirt (Grandma's training shirt!), and a big sweatshirt, gloves and hat. Give me San Diego any day! So it wasn't the greatest run but it's a start. Last year I didn't run outside until way into March.

Yay Grandma's training shirt! Sounds like a pretty un-fun outing otherwise. 32 is way too cold and that wind probably knocked it way lower.
Those close do get bulky, I imagine. I really want to get a pair of gloves for the cold but, otherwise, I'll survive with light running gear.
I didn't run today and I don't plan on doing so tomorrow, either. I did pack my hill running duds though and I plan on doing that tomorrow. It sure will be lonesome around here!
