Day 1......

....I guess! I need to get a program together here. I will check out Grandma's again. I signed up to get it via email, but nothing has come thus far. This morning I ran 7 miles. I took yesterday off, so I felt pretty strong today. I did abs after that. Not butterflies!! I'm aiming to eat healthy during company time. I still can't shake this extra weight. It's very very frustrating.

I'm with you on the weight thing. I have got to drop 5 lbs before that half so this is the week that I get serious about it.

You should have gotten an email from Grandma's on Friday with the first weeks schedule. Check your spam box. I got that one but I have been having some very odd things end up in spam. Stuff from people I've always gotten from but last week they ended up in spam. Our garbage bill for example. Don't get it. So check that. I got my plan together last night based on Grandma's with an adjustment here and there.

Did my 3 on the TM this morning. And the exercises. I'm trying to do one set of those butterfly situps and 2 sets of the regular kind. The butterflies are hard. I can't make my legs go down to the floor. But I'm doing what I can.

We're about to head to the airport. Wish I was coming with them.

I didn't get an email. I checked my spam and my archives, just in case I got it, didn't read it, and archived it.

Sounds like a good exercise am for you. Mom says it was snowing this morning!
