I'm up and at it and did 3 miles on the TM but it's not right. The belt is loose under there again and I think has seen it's day. I have ordered a new belt and will try and tighten up the old one again tonight so I can get by until the new one arrives. I could just go buy a new TM but I'm not ready for that yet. So, anyway, I did the 3 miles and the exercises.
I'm having a cyst removed from the front of my left leg this afternoon so I am wondering if I'll be taking tomorrow off. I have no idea how this will affect me. But I'm glad to finally be having it taken off.

The cyst was removed this afternoon with no difficulty. However, I can't run or shower (!!) for 48 hours! I am not to remove the bandage he put on the wound and am not to get it wet either with sweat or water. So, I will be forced to sleep a little later the next two mornings. The local anesthetic is still in there so I don't know how it will feel later tonight when that wears off. So far, so good. No pain at all.
You will have some enforced time off! Dang!
I hope it continues to not cause you pain. That's good news. How long have you had it?
Raining here, so I had a day off too.
I've had this cyst for years. Never hurt but was always there. Started to have some pain about 3:00 this morning. So it must have been a 12 hour anesthetic. Taking ibuprophen and that is helping. Going to work so we'll see how the day goes.

What made you decided to take it off after all this time?
I just got tired of looking at it every day! I slept much better last night than the night before but it's still bothering me some. I did take the bandage off yesterday and replaced it so I see there are 4 big old stiches in there. They won't come out until next Tuesday so I suppose they will just bother me some until then. No run this morning either but I am going to get back on the TM tomorrow and see how it goes.
The new motor belt for the TM came yesterday so I got that put on last night. Quite a job but I got it figured out. I think! I ran for one minute last night and it seemed to work fine so we'll see how that is tomorrow morning, too.

I hope that belt works for some time! By they laws of Julienomics, you are making money hand over fist. Think of all the shoes you can buy now!!
I bet you'll be back to "normal" tonight. Just takes time to get your body back in sync after something like that. It's good it wasn't something that HAD to be done, but that you just wanted done.
