Good Morning
Another beautiful morning but cold! Only 48 when I left the house so I was in running pants and a long sleeve shirt for the first time. The times they are a changin'.....Did the fitnatics run this morning. Went fine but I was disappointed in my time. I thought I was running faster than ever but apparently I was not. Oh well I got it done. Now off to work.

Those are the most disappointing runs, I think! I just keep telling myself, "Well, I felt strong! That's what counts!" Yeah, sometimes I lie to myself......
Yeah, you are rolling into fall. So am I. We are getting that very very hot weather that will precede our fall. And rain! It rained all morning and I bet it's 90 now! Hot and humid!
